You will discover the gastronomic traditions of Sardinia and learn to produce some of our traditional pasta formats.

Itinerary Details

During this fun experience, you will learn the techniques of preparation and processing of 2 different pasta shapes typical of the Sardinia region. Among the most famous and representative we have the "FREGULA", which is very reminiscent of couscous for its shape and consistency; the "MALLOREDDUS" which make up the first Sunday dish in the Campidano area; the "MACCARRONES DE BUSA" made with a special wire; and the famous "CULURGIONES", with their abundant filling and the characteristic spike closure. The first 30 minutes of the activity will be dedicated to the preparation of the basic dough, obtained with only 3 ingredients (durum wheat semolina, water and salt), while in the following hours, with the tutoring of an expert cook, you will dedicate yourself to the realization of the 2 different pasta shapes chosen. The total duration of the experience will be approximately 2.30 h. At the end of the experience, after learning the basic rules of preparation and obtaining the processes you can be proud of, you can take home the product obtained during the lesson, then cook it and share it with your family or friends.
