Itinerary Details

Take the opportunity to live a professional experience of Christmas Pasta class and Special dinner in the center of Rome in Piazza Navona enriched with Christmas Markets. Follow the explanations of Mastro Pastaio Stefano Minnucci, the best pasta maker in Italy, and create three types of pasta.
During the workshop, three types of pasta will be explained to you: the classic tortellino, the reginette and the cocoa fagottino. You will be provided with all the ingredients to prepare these pasta specialties.

Learn and deepen the technique to make a good dough: chef Stefano will explain the dosages of the flours, the secrets of each type of pasta. Starting from the Tortellino, the classic shape of Christmas pasta, we will move on to the stuffed pasta, in this case the special one the cocoa
Fagottino with pumpkin filling, to then reach a very delicate long pasta, the Reginetta.
Each type of pasta will be accompanied by a rich and tasty sauce and a glass of wine dedicated to the dish.
After the workshop, you will be served a standing aperitif followed by a special Christmas dinner. Enjoy this Christmas dinner prepared by you in an exceptional location like Piazza Navona.
