Chef Hassan was amazing!!! We had such a great time! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
The sauce with our fresh made pasta was our best meal while in Roma! Definitely made our Roma experience the best!

This is was a great experience to have in Italy. We met so many people from all over the world and had a grad time. I would say that our class was moved from morning to afternoon and if we had plans, this would have inconvenience us. Also, when we arrived, we had to wait 30 minutes for another class. Lastly, we did not receive an email with the recipe.

We thoroughly enjoyed our pasta making class. We liked that it was a small group and got some personalized instruction. Easy receipe and the result was excellent. We enjoyed the full dinner that accompanied our pasta. Our cook teacher was amazing, very good at showing us just what texture to get the pasta at in order to cook. A wonderful experience!
