The tour had two parts. First part was nice - small group, friendly tour guide, comfortable minivan with working air conditioner, thought out route. We made several stops, had opportunities to take pictures and enjoyed the tour very much. Second part was confusing. we were dropped off at the Palace, where a second tour guide met us. she escorted us to the entrance only. Our group (we only met on the bus) was given 1 entrance ticket for 8 people. we had the opportunity to get a listening device to explore palace on our own. we didn't know which tour (there are several within a palace) was purchased for us by the tour operator, so we had to run around looking for that one person who was holding ticket for the group. VERY DISORGANIZED. Palace is lovely and I would recommend seeing it, but may be with a different tour company.

The tour started late then our guide had difficulty speaking English. We only drove by major sites and did not cover major info about Vienna.
