Ravioli & Dessert Cooking Class

Fancy spending some time in the comfort of a local’s home, rolling out and filling your own ravioli? Then book a class with us as we show you firsthand how you can recreate this versatile plate at home for you and your loved ones. The sky’s the limit to your choice of fillings and we’ll give you an insight into traditional Italian recipes from various regions as a guide on how to customise your own. We’ll be making a dessert as well! Afterwards, we’ll have a sit-down meal together.

For your sauce, please select 1 from the following:

1) al sole - ricotta and homemade lemon confit filling, in a white wine and seafood sauce. (Vegetarian option available on request)
OR
2) ravioli alla crema di piselli in salsa di noce e formaggio - ravioli with peas and mint filling in a cheese and walnut sauce (vegetarian)
OR
3) ricotta e spinaci con burro e salvia - ravioli with ricotta and spinach filling, sautéed in butter and sage (vegetarian)
OR
4) al ragu -ravioli in a meat sauce
OR
5) melanzane e ricotta con confit di datterini - eggplant and ricotta filling with a caramelised cherry tomato sauce
OR
6) pesce e ricotta con salsa ai porri, limone e menta - fish and ricotta filling with leek, lemon and mint sauce

For dessert, we offer a choice of:

For dessert, please select 1 of the following:
1) Tiramisu classico - the classic tiramisu recipe with pasteurized eggs, mascarpone, sugar, coffee and cocoa
OR
2) Tiramisu al limone - savoiardi, limoncello syrup, lemon-mascarpone cream (contains eggs)
OR
3) Torta "Black Magic" - olive oil, red wine and dark chocolate baked dessert. Tastes like a dream, between a cake and a mousse.
OR
4) Fantasia di Caffè - chilled layered dessert containing crushed amaretti cookies, coffee and ricotta cream, topped with dark chocolate and olive oil sauce (eggless)
OR
5) *winter special: Dolce al vin brulè - chilled, layered dessert of crushed amaretti cookies aromatized with rosemary, sweetened ricotta and topped with chopped pear poached in red wine and spices

Dessert is served in individual portions.
The event generally lasts 3-3.5 hours. We can start anytime from 09:30-19:00 daily. Please enquire with us directly with your preferred timing.
